Thanks to the LGA1700 mounting kit, the entire Liquid Freezer II series is compatible with Intel's Alder Lake processors. Even if the base and heat spreader have increased compared to the predecessor, the CPU die surface has been reduced and remains centered. Efficient, self-developed pump
When developing the water pump, ARCTIC, unlike many of its competitors, went to great lengths. The result is greatly reduced hum and higher efficiency. Like the other components, it is also PWM controlled. This leads to a significantly lower noise level at low and typical load, but also to a much lower power consumption of 0.9 W in idle, 2.5 W under normal load and a maximum of 5.3 W under full load for the entire AiO.
Premium class radiator
Unlike most other all-in-one liquid cooling manufacturers, 38 mm thick radiators with a high lamellar density are used. In this way, a larger amount of water can be used in the circuit and the cooling surface can be increased significantly. Water has a much higher heat capacity than aluminum or copper. This leads to a slower and up to 5 ° C lower temperature rise in the temporary turbo mode of modern CPUs.
Smooth-running VRM fan
Small fans have a reputation for being particularly loud and not very durable. A quiet and durable diagonal fan has been specially developed for the Liquid Freezer II. The fan is PWM-controlled and can cool your voltage converters and the base area almost inaudibly by up to 15 ° C, especially in overclocking scenarios, with insufficient VRM cooling or in cases with poor airflow, thus allowing continuously high loads. If there is sufficient VRM cooling, it can be switched off at will.
High-quality hoses with integrated cable management
The fiber-reinforced, long EPDM tubing of the Liquid Freezer II enables installation even in large housings and effectively prevents the cooling liquid from evaporating, so that you don't have to worry about refilling the compact water cooling system. In addition, it hides the cables of your radiator fans through a well thought-out cable management. You only have to connect two plugs to the mainboard and save valuable time during installation. In the end, you don't need to hide any more cables and your view is reduced to the essentials.
