Seamless compatibility
The GAMING SLIM series is a thinner version of the GAMING series while maintaining high performance capabilities and an aggressive appearance. The lighter and slimmer design is aimed at those building gaming rigs with limited space. Stay calm and quiet
MSI's TRI FROZR 3 thermal design improves heat dissipation around the graphics card. TORX FAN 5.0 is the culmination of fan design improvements aimed at increasing air pressure and flow to the heatsink. Annular arches connect three sets of fan blades that tilt together at a 22-degree angle to maintain high-pressure airflow even at lower rotation speeds. The resulting increased airflow is +23% compared to an axial fan. The fans stop completely when temperatures are relatively low, eliminating any noise.

Copper base
Heat from the GPU and memory modules is immediately captured by the solid, nickel-plated copper baseplate and then quickly transferred to an array of heat pipes. This expansion of heat transfer systems with highly efficient mechanisms improves overall efficiency. The core tubes are precisely manufactured to maximize the available space. The square section of heatpipes completely touches the GPU backplane and distributes heat along the entire length of the heatsink.

Airflow control
