If you value a smooth-running PC, you should be able to afford this small sum in order to get rid of even the last noises. The loudest known to be the fan in a housing and this is partly because they transmit their vibrations to the housing.
To prevent this, the vibration pickups are used, which effectively prevents the fans from touching the casing via a rigid body.
The set consists of 4 rubber elements that secure the fan to the case.
To use the rubbers requires no further tools and can be completed in no time.
The fan now has no chance to pass on its annoying vibrations to the housing.
Please note that the vibration transducers must be completely inserted into the screw holes of the fans to provide a secure hold. They are much easier to push into the screw holes of the housing, but they must also be completely pushed through on the fan side. To do this, pull hard on the rubber from the back of the fan hole until it engages. The rubber is VERY resistant and will not tear! (Please do not pull with a pair of pliers ...)
If it is too heavy, just lubricate the rubber a little before. Once engaged, the vibration killer sits bomb-proof.
