Zarand II 35 is a new, improved version of the Zarand 35 backpack. We used a lighter, improved carrying system, we added a special pillow at the height of the spine, a phone pocket on the hip belt and we reduced its weight.
It is a lightweight and durable hiking backpack. It has many practical solutions that will prove useful during trekking as well as a weekend trip. Classic olive color will appeal to all people looking for universal models.
A characteristic feature of the Zarand model is access to the backpack "from the bottom". The large compartment can be divided with a zipper into the main part and the lower one for shoes or a sleeping bag. In the upper part of the chamber, there is an additional compartment for a water bag and a double-sided H2O system outlet. The backpack is closed with a welt at two heights plus the so-called hoodie. On the inside of the hood you will find a compartment for e.g. a wallet or a phone, and on the outside, a cleverly hidden integrated rain cover with reflective Alpinus Safety elements. Thanks to the two front pockets and side mesh pockets, all your equipment will be organized.
The carrying system with a spacer mesh provides unparalleled ventilation on long hikes, even in hot weather. The backpack uses the ADS system (Alpinus Dry System) on a profiled aluminum frame, which creates a special zone between the material and the back. This allows for unsurpassed ventilation thanks to the use of four-way air circulation.
The guarantee of an individual fit is ensured by: adjustable harness angle, adjustable chest strap and adjustable, wide waist belt. In addition, the harness and waist belt are trimmed with a soft mesh fabric, which prevents chafing. The waist belt is equipped with small pockets for handy items, and the chest belt with an emergency whistle.
Strippers, eyelets, loops are accessories that allow you to attach luggage or tourist equipment that does not fit inside the backpack, such as a foam mat, poles or a mess tin. When the luggage is smaller, you can use the straps horizontally and vertically to compress the backpack to a minimum.
The backpack is made of solid D-Tech material . It is a light and durable fabric resistant to damage and possible ripping. The zippers and buckles used in the backpack are durable elements of the recognized SBS brand.
