UW13B HMS is a bar designed for training on the upper and lower bar. It can be used for a wide range of exercises for different muscle groups of the upper body, starting with small muscle groups such as biceps and triceps, through the front and lateral shoulder muscle acton, up to the widest muscles and back extensor.
