The DS20U-series is a fanless slim PC with a robust 1.3-litre metal chassis and exceptional connectivity. It supports two digital video outputs for UHD/4K displays and one tradi-tional D-Sub/VGA connector. The built-in Intel "Comet-Lake-U" processor provides ample performance for playback of 2160p/60 videos. Installation of components goes straight forward, as there is plenty of interior space for two memory modules, one 2.5" drive and an M.2-2280 SSD card. Optionally, an LTE module can be fitted in the 2,5" bay using the WWN03 accessory. Thanks to its passive cooling, the system is virtually maintenance-free and is approved for 24/7 nonstop operation. ADD-ONS VIA M.2 MODULE
Two M.2 slots make it possible to add data mediums and additional modules, for example for WLAN or wireless. Thanks to the PCI Express connection, large quantities of data can be transported in a short time via the M.2 slot.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Thanks to a simple physical principle, known as convection. Warm air rises while entraining colder air at the same time. This permanent flow passes through machines or travels along surfaces. This prevents a build-up of heat and ensures reliable cooling.
READING AND WRITING MEMORY CARDS
Discreetly hidden in the front panel is an SD card reader that allows convenient handling of memory cards, such as those often found in smartphones, cameras, microcomputers or drones.

WIRED REMOTE STARTING
This model features a remote power-on connection. Any two-pin cable can be used to connect dedicated buttons via pins on the back and they then allow the machine to be started remotely.
TWO NETWORK CONNECTIONS
This feature is particularly interesting for vital network applications – this is because two Gigabit Ethernet connectors allow physically separate networks, offer failover and load balancing.
USB TRANSMISSION WITH 10 GBIT PER SECOND
External devices or data storage media with a USB interface benefit from bandwidths of 10 Gbit/s. Portable SSDs or hard drives which support the relevant standard can theoretically transmit up to 1.25 gigabyte per second.
