Unique OTG design means spectacle wearers can wear any kind of glasses under the visor, without pressure or pinching. uvex hlmt 400 visor style is a true fashion highlight. Cozy lining, fashionable ear pads and matt finish make it a real eye-catcher on the slopes. Specially designed foam face pads let the visor sit comfortably close to the face. uvex hlmt 400 visor style’s active ventilation system ensures you keep a cool head on warm days. Adjustable vent openings deliver fresh air when required and are quick and easy to close if temperatures drop. The uvex litemirror visor reflects dangerous infrared rays and protects from the glare of harsh winter sun. The helmet has a removable, washable liner. It is easy to adjust the width of uvex hlmt 400 visor style thanks to the uvex IAS fit system.


INMOULD SHELL - EPS is foamed directly into the impact resistant polycarbonate shell. For a helmet construction that is light, yet extremely stable.
IAS helmet size adjustment system - Having the same head circumference does not necessarily guarantee that a helmet can provide maximum safety and comfort. Advanced fit systems provide the perfect adjustment, in every direction, to match every individual head shape.
MONOMATIC - Multi-stage and anatomically shaped uvex’s monomatic comfort closure opens and closes at the touch of a button, with just one hand. The chin strap always sits perfectly.
FAS STRAP - Fast Adapting System webbing can be easily and continuously tailored to your exact head shape. The helmet stays securely on the head in all situations and the webbing straps are always in the best position.
REMOVABLE LINING - The removable and washable comfort lining features high-quality fabric options that match the respective helmet color: from smooth fabric to fluffy faux fur. A quality material mix for perfect ventilation and best insulation.
CLOSABLE VENT SYTEM - Innovative uvex vent system delivers optimal air circulation and reduces uncomfortable heat build-up in the helmet. The ventilation channels have been designed to quickly conduct warm air outside and pull fresh air in.

SUPRAVISION - Ultimate anti-fog coating. Works twice as long as the standard requires: 60 seconds of fog protection instead of the prescribed 30 seconds. Increases your safety and provides clear vision even in the poorest conditions. uvex supravision coating is applied to the inside of the lens and prevents fogging, even during large fluctuations in temperature – without altering the optical quality of the lens.
BREAK RESISTANT - UVEX eyewear is tested in accordance with standard EN ISO 12312-1:2013. This includes a demanding impact test: a 6 mm steel ball, weighing 0.86 g is fired at the lens at a speed of 45 m/s (162 km/h). Mechanical strength is assured and your eyes are safe.
ROBUST AND SCRATCH-PROOF - Lenses are made from durable polycarbonate, which maintains its mechanical strength down to temperatures as low as minus 40 °C. Special coating protects the lenses from damage - scratch resistant, without impairing optical clarity - in accordance with standard EN ISO 12312-1. Outer lens resists scratches and marks (excludes mirror lenses).
SAFETY TESTED - UVEX eyewear undergoes special tests in their UVEX testing center. They can fully guarantee quality-tested safety and function. Testing generates new insights and data which help them develop the next generation of innovative technologies.
