No one wants to haul unnecessary weight around the mountain during a ski trip. That’s why Alpina designed the Snow Tour to be weight-optimised: thanks to the Inmold construction and the light yet comfortable padding, which has already proven to be optimum in Alpina bike helmets, the touring helmet is lightweight. A ventilation grille ensures optimum air conditioning on the ascent. These can easily be removed if the ears get too warm. The Snow Tour comes with a functional cap for really cold days, which fits perfectly under the helmet and serves as an additional layer for warmth. The Alpina Snow Tour is also a good night-time companion. The helmet is designed for headlamps: A headlamp fastener is attached to prevent them from slipping. Another plus for night-time ski trips: Reflective strips are built into the ears, which provide additional safety through visibility. This means there’s nothing left in the way of the perfect ski trip at night. The Snow Tour fulfils both the standard for ski helmets (EN 1077) and the one for mountaineering helmets (EN 12492).
