The reflector is designed to soften the light of the external flash by reflecting it. The lamp burner is lifted so that a part of the light reflected from the RP-2 illuminates directly the subject of the picture and the part reflects off the ceiling and walls of the room. Thanks to this, no strong shadows are created behind the photographed object, and the object itself is illuminated with a soft, nicely drawing light. The undoubted advantage of this reflector is very easy and convenient assembly. It is attached to the head of the lamp by means of an elastic band that holds it in the correct position. Assembly and disassembly takes literally 5 seconds so you can work quickly with or without a reflector depending on your needs. It is worth adding that the reflector itself is appropriately contoured, which ensures the right angle of reflection, it also has special bends (visible in the pictures) allowing modeling of the reflected world. The Tumax RP-2 reflector is universal and fits any external flash.
