Smoking and steaming
The operation of the smokehouse is extremely simple!
- Charcoal should be placed in the lower bowl, and wood for smoking on the bowl's grate.
- Place a bowl on the upper hooks and fill it with water, to which you can add herbs for aroma. The water in the upper bowl will prevent the food from drying out during smoking, and will also allow you to steam the food placed directly above it.
- Food to be smoked must be placed on the upper grate
- Products intended for smoking can also be hung under the lid on the rods provided for this purpose.
- The smokehouse is equipped with two doors for easier access inside.
- Adjustable ventilation grille and a thermometer allow you to adjust the temperature optimally for the prepared dishes
- Three legs give the smokehouse stability and insulate the heated bottom of the smokehouse from the ground
