Beautiful cast iron tagine from Berlinger Haus for an exotic and unique cooking experience. The special shape of the pot keeps the moisture in your meals. A dished base holds the ingredients and a fluted cone lid traps the steam from cooking food. How does it work? The steam collects in the cone of the lid, cools, then drips back down onto the bubbling ingredients. This effect lends itself well to all sorts of meals – particularly couscous, stews, and tagines.

The tajine from Berlinger Haus combines this centuries-old Middle Eastern cooking method with the innovative technology in modern kitchens. The cast-iron bottom can be used on all types of hobs including induction hob.

• Dry the pan and coat with a thin layer of oil.
