The latest, twelfth generation of Intel Core processors for desktop computers - Alder Lake, was developed primarily to meet the requirements of gamers who expect from computer sets unmatched performance in both entertainment and multitasking.

Two types of cores and the Intel Core i5-12600 processor will ensure that performance is not lacking even in the most demanding productions. In total, the processor is equipped with as many as 6 cores and 12 threads.

Intel Thread Director - the right core for the right job
The Intel Core i5-12600 processor was made in a hybrid architecture, consisting of two types of cores:

P-cores - high performance in single-threaded tasks, especially useful in games;
E-cores - dedicated to multi-threaded work, so as not to disturb it with secondary tasks.
Intel Thread Director technology is responsible for assigning tasks to the right cores, prioritizing tasks and managing the processor load.

Support for powerful components
The new architecture is much more than just raw CPU performance. It is also possible to pair it with other equally efficient components to optimally use the possibilities they offer.

The Intel Core i5-12600 processor can work with even the fastest memory - DDR5, and can use the bandwidth of the PCIe Gen5 interface.
