MOUNTAIN Everest Core: high-quality gaming keyboard with RGB-LED lighting
The MOUNTAIN Everest Core is a gaming keyboard for mechanical Cherry MX switches. Thanks to USB-N-Key rollover , any number of keys can be pressed simultaneously, which enables delay-free and loss-free input. With a report rate of 1,000 Hz , inputs are processed every millisecond. This means that changes in the game can be reacted to immediately.
The keyboard has a USB Type-C socket into which the detachable cable is plugged. This has a type A plug at the other end, so that the keyboard is compatible with most PCs. On a USB 3.0 Type A port on the back of the keyboarda mouse can be connected, among other things.
The large, rubberized feet provide additional support. They are attached with magnets and can be increased by two levels with additional rings . An RGB-LED-illuminated decorative strip surrounds all four sides of the keyboard and the numpad. The LEDs on the buttons can be set individually thanks to the MOUNTAIN software called Basecamp . In addition, numerous effects and color profiles are available. Settings can be saved in a total of five profiles on the keyboard. Another plus point are the stabilizers on the extra-wide keys: MOUNTAIN not only uses Cherry MX switches, they are also lubricated at the factory and thus ensure particularly quiet and smooth typing.
Expandable with optional accessories
The special thing about the MOUNTAIN Everest Core gaming keyboard is its sophisticated modular concept. With an optional Num Pad and four configurable shortcut keys from MOUNTAIN, the compact TKL keyboard can be converted into a full keyboard if required . Also available is a multimedia dock with the rotary wheel , which is equipped with an LC display. This not only controls the brightness of the RGB-LED lighting on the keyboard or the volume of the loudspeakers connected to the PC. The LC display can also show additional information, such as the time or the CPU load.
