Because of the colours the assignment is easy and the preparation always clean and appetizing. The handling is also easy: the foils have to be put on the basis board. There they are fixed. In case the cut goods shall be transported to the pan, the foils can be used as a transport aid. The basis board has a juice groove so that the working surface remains clean.
