DAB+: nationwide stations without static
With DAB+, the radio signal is transmitted digitally using an antenna. You have a wide variety of stations to choose from and can enjoy top-quality, interference-free transmission – with DAB+, static on the radio is a thing of the past.
Furthermore, additional programme-specific information such as traffic data, weather maps, title and artist, album cover, etc., can be shown on the colour display.

Simply sign up for a Premium account, install the app on your smartphone or tablet or download the Spotify program on your PC, and you can enjoy listening without limits – also offline.

You can listen to your familiar FM radio stations in FM mode in the usual way. Have you found your station? To enable you to quickly recall a radio station, you can store your favourite stations as presets; there are 30 presets each for DAB and FM radio.

With multi-room audio streaming, you can combine different radios and speakers from different rooms in the network into one group, and use the devices to play back your favourite music in all rooms simultaneously.

Control the radio from the sofa using your smartphone
You have just made yourself comfortable on the sofa, but have forgotten to select an appropriate playlist? With your smartphone or tablet and the free UNDOK app, that’s not so bad as you can use your device as a remo
te control to change the station and music source, control the volume or set the equaliser, for example.
Sensor for automatically adjusting brightness
You are listening to music in the dark and would like to relax a bit? In this case, the display light on a radio can be disturbing if it is too bright. The ‘DIR3115MS’ therefore has an integrated sensor. It adjusts the backlight of the display to the current lighting intensity of the environment automatically.
Network streaming using UPnP
Even in the age of Spotify and Internet radio, you occasionally want to listen to your own songs – stored in sorted order on your PC – through broadband speakers. The ‘DIR3115MS’ makes this possible. With UPnP, you can access your home music collection via the network.
Connection via LAN cable or WLAN
Whether you use LAN cable or WLAN to connect the digital radio to the Internet will depend entirely on your preferences and public circumstances. The pairing procedure is also very easy thanks to Wi-Fi Protected Setup.
