Perfect colors at any brightness level
ASUS OLED laptops maintain 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space at both high and low brightness levels, while the color gamut of a standard LCD laptop is significantly reduced at low brightness. With near-gray brightness of 16G, laptops with LCD screens only offer 11% DCI-P3 color space coverage, while laptops with ASUS OLED screens maintain 100% DCI-P3.
True black: you will see what was invisible
ASUS OLED laptops reproduce blacks perfectly. A pixel in an OLED matrix consists of three sub-pixels, each of which emits its own light. The Full HD (1920x1080) screen has 2,073,600 pixels, and therefore 6,220,800 light-generating sub-pixels, compared to just a few dozen backlight LEDs on a Full HD LCD screen. When displaying black on an OLED screen, the pixel is simply turned off to provide the darkest possible black. This enables an exceptionally sharp and clear image to be displayed even in the darkest scenes. You'll be surprised at the amount of new details you'll see in your favorite movies!
