How does HHW01 work?
The operation of HHW01 is very simple and intuitive. It is a closed loop that has a rail with an attached gravity ball (weight). As you make circular movements with your hips, a centrifugal force starts to act, which moves the gravity ball around the circle, putting your abdominal muscles and torso under tension.

Training and massage in one
Through a 360-degree movement, the springs in the heads located around the perimeter of the loop perfectly cushion the strain and adapt to the body, resulting in an additional massage effect, providing the body with a pleasant sensation. An additional advantage is that the strap length range of the gravity ball can be changed. This ranges from 22 cm to 38 cm. The longer the strap, the greater the centrifugal force during the exercise, i.e. the greater the weight and the higher the level of difficulty of the rotation.

The device has a construction made of high-quality PVC. The rail is set on ball bearings, which are made of stainless steel. All this together makes the rotation flexible and uninterrupted which further enhances the feeling of satisfaction during training. In addition, the gravity ball is covered in soft rubber and is filled with sand inside, thus increasing safety for the exerciser and the environment.
Compact size and easy assembly
The loop is opened with magnet clips. Then, to connect the subsequent elements, slide one element into the other so that the tabs go into the corresponding holes. When reducing the elements, grasp the corresponding element with one hand and squeeze in such a way that the tabs slide out of the holes. Then insert the gravity ball rail into the loop, close the magnet clips, adjust the length of the strap and you are done. Plus, thanks to its compact size it is easy to carry, you can take this product with you anywhere.
