SilentiumPC Supremo FM2 Gold 650 W power supply is the newest addition to this series line-up and is the cornerstone of high-end PCs. The base for PSU SilentiumPC Supremo FM2 Gold 650 W is a platform offering stable voltage and very high energy efficiency (up to 92%), which is certified with 80 PLUS®Gold. In practice it means that generated costs, temperatures, and noise levels are all significantly lower than those observed in typical power units.
Excellent parameters can be achieved thanks to modern construction of SilentiumPC Supremo FM2 Gold 650 W and using top quality components, for instance japanese reliable polymer aluminum capacitors (solid state) which can work in temperatures up to 105°C and DC-to-DC converters. It guarantees precise voltage adjustment, stable work and total constant power of 650 W. Thanks to advanced construction and powerful single +12 V line, which generates up to 54 A (648 W), Supremo FM2 Gold 650 W is a perfect choice for high-end PCs and work stations.
High efficiency of Supremo FM2 Gold 650 W PSU certified with 80 PLUS®Gold and interior designed for better airflow, allows implementation of very quiet cooling system consisting of few radiators and 120 mm fan with PWM regulation and durable japanese double ball bearing by NMB. This fan is covered by specifically designed grill which increases air flow and minimizes noise. With low and medium load the fan rotates at 900 rpm. The above components are crucial – interior of the PSU do not get heated up, which leads to higher life expectancy and long failure-free operation.
Distinctive of FM2 series is fully modular wiring allowing the user to decide which wires are actually needed for his needs and it leads to easy organization of case internals and therefore better airflow.
