For very gently cooking meat, fish or vegetables, the WMF Lono Sous-Vide Pro cooker is impressive thanks to its essential features for gourmet cooking. First of all the precise temperature settings for sous-vide cooking and high temperature precision. Secondly, the appliance can be used for increasingly popular slow-cooking. Variable temperature regulation allows cooking temperatures to be set at between 35°C and 90°C, while the timer function enables gentle cooking for up to 72 hours. Thanks to WMF Easy Handling, the sixlitre water tank made of BPA-free Tritan is easy and simple to empty. A control knob and an easy-to-read LC display also make it simple to operate. Two freely adjustable programmes for frequent applications guarantee perfect cooking results every time. The elegant casing and large three-litre insert are made of high-quality Cromargan®.
