Cold pressing

Traditional juicers generate up to several thousand revolutions per minute. This causes the juice to be heated, resulting in the breakdown of vitamins and beneficial micronutrients. In addition, the juice thus produced oxidises, which impairs its flavour and colour. Meanwhile, GOTIE slow-release juicers offer cold pressing. The secret of the juicers lies in their low speed: the fewer revolutions, the more gently the fruit and vegetables are squeezed and the more nutrients are retained. The specially designed auger presses the juice through a tempered steel sieve without any loss of nutritional value. The GOTIE GSJ-200B juicer operates at only 80 rpm, so your drink will be full of vitamins!
