This frying pan is suitable for all hob types including induction hobs. The turbo induction bottom allows the food to be cooked with less energy and still achieve the same great results. If using a gas burner, reduce the heat so the flames don’t touch the sides of the pot.

Following the care and cleaning instructions will ensure the longevity and durability of the product.

Start by removing all labels, carefully wash and rinse the cookware with a mild detergent and water. Next, dry the cookware with a soft towel.

After cooking, leave the cookware to cool down to room temperature. Do not try to cool down by pouring cold water into the cookware.
Clean the product thoroughly after use in order to remove all stains that may become ground-in due to the heat during the next use of the product. Use a mild detergent and a soft scourer. Avoid abrasive cleaning products, metal or wool scourers for washing, or metal utensils for cooking. Hand-washing will prolong the product’s life and will preserve the intensity of the color.
