Indirect grilling is possible thanks to the special design of the grill:
in a smaller, slightly deeper combustion chamber, smoke is produced by burning wood. It enters a larger chamber where the food is stored. In this chamber, meat, fish etc. are gently roasted at approx. 80 °C to 130 °C on all sides. Thanks to this, they retain a juicy texture and obtain the typical taste of smoked dishes. The intensity of the smoke can be regulated using the ventilation flaps, and the temperature in the cooking chamber is kept constant by means of a thermometer integrated in the lid and constantly monitored. This allows you to always prepare perfect dishes.
