One pot or several, one behind the other or side by side – with FlexInduction from Bosch the choice is all yours. You can use your cooktop like a conventional induction cooktop, e.g. with four separate cooking zones, or, at the touch of a button, combine them to make two large, continuous cooking zones. This gives you additional space on which you can place a larger cookware item, such as a roaster. But also cooking accessories as our griddle plate.

The temperature is crucial for frying. Too high will make even the best steak fry too quickly or scorch it. No matter how you like to eat it - rare, medium or well-done: frying meat is made simple now. PerfectFry sensor regulates temperatures continuously during frying and adjusts them precisely if needed.

MoveMode makes cooking fully intuitive and comfortable. In the past, you had to adjust the power level if you had just boiled your soup at level 9, let it cook at level 5 and now wanted to simmer it at level 1,5. Now, MoveMode does the job for you. Activating MoveMode divides the cooking zone into three different areas with pre-set power levels. All you have to do is to move the pot from the front area of the zone, where the food is boiled, to the middle, where the food is cooked, and to the back area, where it continues to simmer.
