About Samura: SAMURA — a team of professionals who create uniquely designed, high-end knives. We started our journey in 2003. We made our first product lines with the Japanese companies MAC and Mcusta. Japanese philosophy and traditions run deep in our DNA. We are absolutely sure that a Japanese knife cuts better than a European one. Japanese knives remain sharper longer and retain their edges longer. Samura has been making its knives at production sites in four countries since 2010. We are currently producing 18 knife lines and a huge number of kitchen accessories. We use the best modern materials for the handle: Micarta, G10, stabilised wood, plastic with a soft-touch coating, Kraton, and composites. GOLF Stonewash knives As all the other Samura series, Golf knives have a unique feature: a stylish and comfortable handle that resembles a golf ball. This handle is made of polypropylene, which makes it highly robust and wear-resistant. Corrosion-resistant AUS-8 steel blades need infrequent sharpening. Why should you choose Golf? Because these knives will turn cooking into a playful process. What is more, with them you will feel yourself like a real winner. What sets paring knives apart from other types of knives? Unlike them, paring knives are often used in hand instead of on a cutting board. With this in mind we design our petty knives with optimal sizes for quick and safe handling. With these knives it's very convenient to peel apples for your kids or to cut peaches. Samura Golf paring knife with a 98 mm blade is a great tool to have in your kitchen. It’s a light multi-purpose knife 167mm for cutting fruits and vegetables, sausages, cheese, etc. The 167mm Samura Harakiri Nakiri knife is a classic Japanese knife for processing vegetables and herbs. With a nakiri knife, it is especially convenient to cut and chop greens while holding the knife with both hands - using it as a chopping ax.
