The function measures hill running skills and evaluates ongoing progress based on VO2 Max value and training history. It measures power when running uphill and endurance when running long climbs and shows the resulting score based on performance over time.
ENDURANCE SCORE
The function measures the ability to withstand a long-term load and combines training data from all sports activities. It will then be easier for you to understand how training affects your overall endurance. This dynamic measurement uses VO2 Max, short/long training loads and other factors to show how your fitness is improving.

WRIST HEART MEASUREMENT
The watch continuously collects data about your heart rate to help determine how much effort you are putting into your activities. This gives you a better overview of your overall health, recovery and training performance thanks to the measurement of heart rate variability (HRV) during sleep. It is a new 5th generation optical heart rate monitor with support for advanced measurements such as pulse sensing while swimming, which is complemented by a PULSE OX blood oxygen sensor to see how you're adapting to altitude.
