Flatleaf Parsley Tips and Tricks
Petroselinum crispum var. neapolitanum
Parsley is a good source of iron, rich in vitamins and rich in flavour. The friends of flatleaf parsley say it has a stronger flavour, and that it sprouts quicker than its curly cousin.
