We present a set that combines a GBP01 bar with resistance rubbers. Such a combination provides many exercise opportunities. Rubbers attached to the bar will fulfill the role of load plates. However, they have the advantage that the plates do not have, which is they give an irregular load. The load increases as the rubber tightens, so in most exercises, the maximum load is obtained at the moment of the highest muscle tension. Thanks to the rubbers with a different load range, the weight can be adjusted to a specific exercise. The gums can be used twice or individually. The combination of rubbers with the bar increases the range of possible exercises. Thanks to this set, we will perform exercises for each muscle part, starting from the forearms, through the entire body, and ending with the calves.
