The molding process seems complex only at first glance. FISSMAN® ravioli mold significantly facilitates and speeds up your work at the kitchen. With the ravioli maker, fresh delicacies would always feature as often as possible in your daily and festive menu. Prepare the dough and filling, divide them into parts, roll out the dough thinly, sprinkle the mold with flour or grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil and then place one dough layer on it. On the dough, put the stuffing over the cells, cover with the second dough layer. With a pressing force, roll the dough using a rolling pin for the dough pieces to cut out. The first batch is ready!
