The Melissa Sous Vide Circulation Pump makes sous vide cooking effortless. Prepare delicious long-cooked food for up to 60 hours at a temperature of up to 95 °C.
Slow-cooking food at a low temperature is considered one of the healthiest methods of cooking. Cooking food packaged in a vacuum in a water bath at a precisely regulated temperature makes it possible to prepare fish, meat, and vegetables to the exact desired level of doneness, preventing over- or under-cooking and reducing food loss.
