The EN4951SH is a short shaft type petrol Pole Hedge Trimmer powered by 25.4cc 4 stroke engine to deliver up to 10,000 rpm, 4,200 spm, 1.03 hp and speed at maximum output power of up to 7,000 rpm. The MM4, Makita Mini 4 stroke engine requires no fuel mixing, uses neat unleaded petrol, therefore reduces the risk of damaging the engine with an incorrect fuel mix.

The EN4951SH has an angle adjusting hedge trimmer head. The Pole Hedge Trimmer has a diaphragm carburettor and recoil starter with automatic decompression. The multi-position engine lubrication system enables the engine to be inclined to any angle even during continuous operation.

Lightweight to provide comfort, control and better manoeuvrability, compact for greater versatility in home gardens as well as commercial. Useful for pruning the higher or lower part of a hedge without having to bend down.

The angle adjustable hedge trimmer head has a 45 degrees tilt up to 90 degrees tilt down from the horizontal position. The angle of the hedge trimmer head can be changed simply by operating a lever, 13 angle settings through 135 degrees, set at every 11.25 degrees and the hedge trimmer head can be fixed at an angle by inserting a locking pin. This ensures a more secure angle retention. End cover prevents the tip of sliding blade from touching the ground or fences.

The EN4951SH can be folded in 180 degrees position for easier transport and storage. The built in clutch works to stop the blade motion even if the throttle lever is touched during folding operation.
