With the Line-Shape Diffuser, the sound is diffused more towards the front of the speaker allowing you to enjoy the same sound quality whether you are in front or to the side of the speaker. How does it work
Unlike a conventional speaker, where most of the energy exits the center of the cone, the unique Line-Shape Diffuser directs sound through a narrow diaphragm. The increase in sound pressure energy disperses the sound evenly in every direction far and wide across the speaker.

What is the X-Balanced Speaker Unit?
Unlike the circular diaphragm in conventional speaker units, the new X-Balanced Speaker Unit in the XE200 features a non-circular diaphragm that exerts greater sound pressure for high-quality sound.
