The top plush layer of the Dormeo Mirabai mattress cover 1 cm thick has a filler made of Wellsleep® fibers, which create air pockets for maximum air circulation and create an ultra-soft sleeping surface that works in conjunction with a foam base, giving an excellent sleep.
