The IB-AC526 is a high-speed HDMI® to DisplayPort® adapter targeted for devices such as audio-video accessories, notebooks etc. This device takes High Speed HDMI® input and converts it to a standart DisplayPort® with resolutions up to 4K@30 Hz.

The IB-AC526 HDMI® to DisplayPort adapter connects HDMI® output devices such as a laptop or desktop PC with DisplayPort devices such as TVs, monitors, etc. The specifications of DisplayPort 1.2 and High Speed HDMI® allow for a resolution of up to 4K (3840x2160@30 Hz)

The HDMI® port supports resolutions up to 4K (3840x2160 pixel). So you can conenct larger and newer monitors or televisions. As a bonus, it is able to transfer Audio. The USB connection is used only for power supply.

Using the DisplayPort 1.2 connector as output interface allows connection of an appropriate monitor or a similar device that can benefit from resolutions of up to 4K@30 Hz.
